What are your coins made of?
Our custom coins are primarily crafted from durable, high-density zinc alloy. This versatile metal provides excellent structural strength, precise 2D/3D detail sharp relief, and supports a wide variety of electroplated finishes, including polished gold, silver, and antique bronze.
What sizes of coins do you offer?
We offer custom challenge coins ranging from 1 inch to 4 inches in diameter, allowing you to choose the perfect size for detailed artwork, weight preference, and overall presentation.
How long does it take to get my coins?
After you approve your design, sample creation takes 3 to 7 days , depending on the coin's size and complexity. Once you approve the physical or photo sample, production and shipping take 1 to 2 weeks , getting your finished coins to you shortly after.
How many colors can I have in my design?
Enamel Painted Coins: Up to 9 distinct colors included. UV Printed Coins: Unlimited colors, gradients, and full-color photographic printing.
What is the process for ordering custom coins?
Submit Artwork: Send us your design, logo, or concept. Review Digital Proof: We create a detailed mock-up of your coin for your review. Approve or Request Edits: Request any necessary adjustments until the design is perfect, then approve it. Sample Creation: We build a physical or photo sample for final verification.
